How do I shop your live sales?
You can shop our live sales in two ways:
On our Facebook page – just comment “SOLD” + the item number during the live.
In our free app – enjoy faster checkout, cart alerts, and app-only perks while you watch!

How long do I have to check out once I cart an item?
Carts expire after 12 hours, so be sure to check out quickly to secure your items before they’re released.
I commented “SOLD” but didn’t get the item—why?
There are a couple of reasons this can happen:
The item sold out quickly – When that happens, you'll automatically be placed on the waitlist. To boost your chances of getting it if it restocks, make sure to turn on “Waitlist + Preauthorize” in the app.
You may not be registered – If you're shopping on Facebook Live, you must be registered with an account to claim items. Visit shopaliesboutique.com/links to create your free account before our next live!
Do you restock popular items?
When possible, yes! If you love something, join the waitlist and preauthorize in the app—you’ll be first in line if it comes back.
Shipping & Returns FAQs
When will my order ship?
We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days after your purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on the way!
Please note that during sales, new drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer—but we promise we’re working hard to get your sparkle delivered ASAP!
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Need something quickly? Send us a message and we’ll do our best to help.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
Bonus: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece you order!
Jewelry, accessories, and shoes are final sale and not returnable.
Clothing may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away—we’ll make it right!
How do I start a return?
Email us at aliesboutiqueshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and the address.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit only for returns. This helps us keep prices affordable and inventory fresh!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, simply return the item (if eligible) for store credit and place a new order.
How long does it take to receive my store credit?
Once we receive your return and inspect it, please allow3–5 business daysfor your store credit to be issued.
What if I miss the 7-day return window?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns past 7 days from the delivery date, as our inventory moves quickly and we need to keep everything current.
